Before You Travel

Make sure your device is eSIM-compatible.

Most modern smartphones (iPhone XR and newer, Google Pixel 4+, Samsung Galaxy S20+, etc.) support eSIM technology. You can check your device settings:

  • iPhone: Settings > Mobile Data > Add eSIM
  • Android: Settings > Connections > SIM Manager

Ensure your phone is unlocked. Your device must not be locked to a specific carrier for the eSIM to work with local networks abroad.

How It Works: 3 Simple Steps

2. Purchase & Install

After checkout, we'll email you:

  • A QR code to install your eSIM
  • Step-by-step installation instructions
  • Activation details and tips

Installation is easy:

  1. Connect to Wi-Fi
  2. Scan the QR code from your email
  3. Follow the on-screen prompts to add the eSIM profile
  4. Label it something memorable (e.g., "Mexico eSIM")

You can install your eSIM anytime before you travel. Most plans only activate once you connect in your destination country.

3. Travel & Connect

When you arrive at your destination:

  1. Turn on your phone
  2. Enable Data Roaming for your eSIM line
  3. Your eSIM will automatically connect to the local network

After Activation
